The most simple scripture in all the scriptures they give I think is the most profound and meaningful to me. Moroni 10:5 which I believe is also a scripture mastery. With the companionship of the Holy Ghost, we can know the truth of all things. The Holy Ghost plays a large role in the converting of investigators even though they are not necessarily blessed with the gift of the Holy Ghost. He can still influence them to feel that the gospel is true. With Him, we may know the TRUTH of all things.
Also, 2 Nephi 33:1 is a very good scripture having to do with missionary work. The companionship of the Holy Ghost is so important to missionaries because, as it is read in 2 Nephi, "for when a man speaketh by the power of the Holy Ghost the power of the Holy Ghost carrieth it unto the hearts of the children of men." This explains the importance of every young man preparing to serve a full-time mission to live worthily of having the Holy Ghost as a constant companion and always being in tune to the Spirit.
